Payment & Cancellation Policy
You may pay for the package fees by credit card (Paypal) or bank transfer. Details can be obtained from email@example.com
Upon submission of a Team entry, the amateur participants are required to pay a non-refundable 10% by 20 December 2018 of the respective package fees in order to be able to reserve a place within the team allocations at the EarlyBird rate an additional non-refundable 40% must be paid before the 28 February 2019. A further 30% of the respective package shall be payable until 31 March 2019 and the final 20% by 30 April 2019. Once payment of the package fees has been received, the registration of your team will be confirmed. If the payment terms above are not met, then the Early Bird Special falls away and your team will need to pay the full entry fee. This will be strictly applied.
NOTE: WHILE THESE DATES ARE CUT OFF TIMES FOR PAYMENT PLANS THE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES ARE ONLY CONFIRMED ONCE THE MINIMUM DEPOSIT IS PAID. IF SOLD OUT BEFORE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED YOU WILL HAVE TO SELECT ANOTHER PACKAGE.
Written cancellations of registrations after 31 January 2019 and on condition that the respective package fees are in full receipt by us, the participant will be entitled to a partial refund of 30%.
Substitute competitors will be accepted upon written application provided that they submit a Registration Form, filled in, for the replacing participant. In such case, any paid package fee will be retained and applied in favour of the substitute competitor, unless the latter performs a new payment.
We will process any refunds within 10 working days once a written request has been received & approved and according to South African Reserve Bank process timing. Kindly note that refunds timing is governed by the SA Reserve Bank policy and timing.
No refunds after 1 March 2019 unless extreme emergency or family tragedy.
NOTE: The allowances are in accordance with the organiser’s commitments to suppliers’ non-refundable policy.
